September 2,2026 My AC units went out, and after receiving three different diagnostic opinions, I finally decided to go with Complete Climate Services, and I’m so glad I did! They had serviced my AC units several times before, so I already knew they were professional and reliable. What stood out to me the most was how they made my family and me feel comfortable while we waited for the new system to be installed. They even provided and installed window units to help keep us comfortable until the job was completed. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. They did an excellent job with the installation, and I truly appreciate the care they showed my family throughout the entire process. I would like to personally thank the entire team, Michael, Ryan, Tristan, Zachary, Ibn, De’Sean, and the two other gentlemen who assisted with the installation. I truly appreciate each of you for your hard work, professionalism, and for making this experience as smooth as possible. After a thorough evaluation, they recommended replacing my system with a new, energy-efficient unit. In the meantime, they installed temporary window units throughout my home so I can stay comfortable while I wait for the new system to be installed. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The next step is installation of the new HVAC system. Stay tuned! I had a new Trane air conditioner unit installed on my third-floor rooftop (by crane), and the old unit removed. Big projects like this always make me a bit nervous, but everything was in good hands and went like clockwork. I highly recommend Complete Climate Services.

Customer service is outstanding. I just had a technical problem where my recently installed HVAC system's air-conditioner was cooling but the humidity was high, like 75%. Zachary came out a couple of times and scoped out everything; did some tech stuff; (resetting functions, magic, etc.) and right now, maybe an hour later, humidity is down to 60%. And it was all without charge. Additionally, since I got the system, my gas and electric bill has been half of what it was before. Hence, I love these guys.

Called Complete Climate Services after our AC stopped cooling (system was blowing air but not cold). Turned out to be a mix of a dirty air filter and a clogged condensate drain line, which I’d already started addressing myself. John came out, was friendly and thorough, walked me through what he was checking, and confirmed my fixes had solved it — no charge for the visit. Really appreciated the honesty and clear explanation instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. We liked the experience enough that we’re signing up for their maintenance plan.
