De'Sean was awesome. I am on the replacement of my third compressor in an air conditioner that was installed by a competitor in May of 2024. It just didn't make sense to him and he investigated until he found the root cause of the problem. I am so happy. I will feel much safer when the proper repairs are made. He showed me burned wires and I believe it was the grace of God that the house didn't catch fire. De'Sean took my safety seriously. I couldn't ask for more.
