Trusted HVAC Services in Brooklyn, NY

De'Sean provided exceptional service during a semi-annual maintenance appointment on my heat pump system that CCS had installed last year. I appreciated the communication before, during, and after the visit. Everything was super clear, De'Sean was particularly good at explaining the tests he'd run or other actions taken and providing some additional context on the system performance from his experience with other Baltimore City rowhouses. I continue to recommend and refer CCS to friends and neighbors!

The salesman was very thorough in his explanations about what was wrong with my two systems and gave me the most cost-effective options and honest options also an accurate timeline. They were very easy to get contracts and payments made, their system was lovely to navigate for payment processing and They were easy to communicate with and helpful all around. Highly recommend.

Easy to schedule, honest, and solid crew. Great for servicing and repair of HVAC systems!

Complete Climate Services provided us with another excellent service of our HVAC units. Our experience with everyone of their techs have been extraordinary.

They were honest and thorough and lovely! De’sean was the best!

Recently our 12 year old HVAC system died. It was the result of an expanding coolant leak. Trying to find and fix it was not cost effective so we had 4 companies visit with us over 24 hours, providing us with quotes, leading to our decision. Ryan was our lead and his strong understanding of our requirements and ability to explain our options in ways we could easily understand set them apart. Next came installation. Ibn, Ben and Lamont were flawless in their work. They were knowledgeable, considerate, efficient and left our place cleaner that it was before arrived. They also reconfigured our control room so it would be easier to change our air filters. Michael, one of the owners, visited us during the installation to introduce himself and ensure all was to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about this organization and highly recommend them to you. We've had dozens of contractors and services through our home in the last 3 years, simply put, they are one of the best.

There is a reason their ratings are so high. Beginning to end they were excellent. Not one single negative aspect to mention. Michael was personable, professional, and clearly well informed during our initial meeting and quoting process. Ibn and the rest of the installation team were amazing. Kind, courteous, and incredibly competent. 11/10 absolute pros! Definitely recommended. Updated: 3/4/2026. If I could rate them higher, I would. We have had them come do their regular seasonal checks a few times since the initial installation, and all technicians are the best of the best. They’re prompt, friendly, professional, and quick with their work. Cannot recommend this company enough. Updated: 10/6/2026. Another seasonal check, another 5-star review. These guys are the best. Our technician De’Sean is a pro! Very happy to keep doing business with them.
