My thermostat and air conditioning system not working at all after the tech left for system check . System working fine prior to tech coming and tech said everything checked out fine when he was at my condo .The owner came promptly the next day and fixed the issue in minutes . The owner was very apologetic for the issue . One thing when the technician was here yesterday he was very polite and went over all the systems that he had checked with me . People are human and I know mistakes do happen . I am grateful for the owner’s quick response to the problem and would definitely use this company again .

I cannot recommend Complete Climate Services LLC enough! I originally found out about them on Canton Neighbors. I reached out to make a maintenance appointment for a BOGO sale they were doing. Before my appointment came I was noticing my thermostat was turning on but my house wasn’t getting cooler. When Tristan came for my scheduled appointment he identified the issue and his cousin De’Sean confirmed I needed to replace my power board. I appreciated that Tristan got a second opinion to confirm the problem! Overwhelmed with how my BOGO maintenance appointment turned into replacing broken parts, they told me about their membership program. Both Tristan and De’Sean were so transparent about the benefits without making me feel like they were pushing it on me. As a member I got 10% off my power board and priority scheduling. Zach was at my house within 48 hours installing my new power board and took the time to answer all my new questions. De'Sean then came back to my house later that month to do my biannual maintenance as a part of my new membership. The biannual maintenance is $100 per visit which could not be more reasonable and I regret not signing up years ago. He was so efficient and even showed me pictures of things I should be monitoring. All three of the men could not have been more professional, kinder, and amazing to work with. I also want to acknowledge the dispatch and scheduling women who were so easy to get ahold of. Scheduling is done in four hour blocks but as a member I was able to note a request for a later or earlier time slot to help work around my schedule. They also give you a heads up text when the technician is on the way to your house. If you are in the Baltimore area you have to check them out!
