Zach and Keondre worked nonstop on both the new INside HVAC unit (after replacing a part in the INside unit), but unfortunately, the OUTside unit was defective (although also new), and has to be replaced. They were vigilant in troubleshooting every conceivable issue, but then determined that the OUTside unit needed to be replaced. Zach will advise Mike, and will have another new OUTside AC unit shipped. Zach will advise me when new unit will be shipped/arrive, and he and Keondre will then come back to remove defective unit/reinstall new unit. They are consummate professionals, dedicated to their jobs, and excellent workers!

Layne and Dre replaced the AC system at the house I'm renting last week. They were an absolute pleasure, going out of their way to explain everything to me while also looping in my landlord. I would say the defining moment from the project was when Layne and Dre were just finishing up for the day after about 7 hours of work. Dre took the time to show me the new system and things I should be monitoring. As he was showing me the new downstairs unit, he noticed a very slight leak on the water pump. I'm sure these guys were exhausted at that point, but they took the time to replace the part, adding at least another 30 minutes to their day. Kudos to them. Now the system seems to be working great and I'm feeling good about the summer. I will absolutely reach out to Complete Climate should I ever buy a place of my own.
