Great service, starting with the schedulers, who switched me from an after-hours appointment to a sooner, regular one when it opened up, then continuing with Dre's visit. He helped fix one clogged minisplit drain, preemptively vacuumed out the other, and even went further up on the roof to check the condition of the outdoor unit. He was a good listener and explainer. I signed up for a fairly priced maintenance membership. Dre patiently measured and fixed coolant loss in our central system, staying longer than expected to make sure it was properly filled.
